CLP Labels

Pearly Scents are CLP compliant as your safety is a priority. In case of an emergency or if you are seeking medical advice, to ensure you get the best treatment bring along the packaging of the Wax Melt/Diffuser with the scents individual CLP label.

Each scent has its own CLP label with different components and concentration level, so please ensure you bring the CORRECT packaging and CLP label.

 

Wax Melt Safety  

  • NOT SUITABLE FOR CONSUMPTION. Keep out of reach of children & pets
  • Ensure all wax melts are stored safely out of reach of children & pet. Some fragrances smell just like sweets & treats, so please always keep them stored safely away
  • Never add any water or other liquids to your wax melt, as it can be dangerous
  • Use with only one unscented 2-4 hour tealight. Burning the wax melt for longer then advised can cause the burner to overheat, which could possibly result in a fire hazard or injury. Overheating can also spoil your wax melt
  • Always place burner on a suitable heat resistant surface, in a place where the diffuser can not be knocked
  • Always place burner on a suitable surface, well away from any electrical appliances incase of a spill
  • Always use within site and never leave unattended
  • Keep burner well away from any curtains, fabrics furniture or anything that may be flammable
  • Keep burner well away from draughts, open windows or doors, air vents or ceiling fan. This will help avoid any rapid burning and prevent flare-ups
  • Ensure to extinguish the tealight before going to sleep or when leaving the house
  • Never pour wax down the drain
  • Always read wax melt safety & CLP labels carefully prior to use
  • The fragrances in the wax melts may an cause and allergic reaction. In the event of skin or eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water. If skin or eye irritation occurs seeks medical attention. Remember to bring the correct CLP label

 

Reed Diffusers

  • NOT SUITABLE FOR CONSUMPTION. Keep out of reach of children & pets
  • Gloves are always suggested as a precaution when removing the stopper and when handling reeds, just incase you may have any unknown allergies
  • When changing reed, handle the diffuser over a suitable surface incase of spillage. Diffuser oil may cause damage to some surfaces, if spillage does occur wipe up immediately 
  • Always place diffuser on a suitable surface, in a place where the diffuser can not be knocked
  • Always place diffuser well away from any electrical appliances incase of a spill
  • Draughts & breezes may cause the diffuser to evaporate more quickly, avoid placing the diffuser near any open doors or windows
  • Do not light the diffuser reeds
  • Please avoid release into the environment. Some diffuser oils may be harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects, so always dispose of contents to an approved disposal site in accordance with local regulations

Car Diffusers

  • NOT SUITABLE FOR CONSUMPTION. Keep out of reach of children & pets
  • Gloves are always suggested as a precaution when removing the diffuser stopper cap, just incase you may have any unknown allergies
  • When removing the stopper cap, handle the diffuser over a suitable surface incase of spillage. Diffuser oil may cause damage to some surfaces, if spillage does occur wipe up immediately
  • When uncapped the diffuser needs to be kept upright at all times to avoid any spillage
  • Adjust the string to prevent the diffuser from hitting or banging against avoid any spillage
  • Never adjust diffuser whist driving
  • Ensure your diffuser is securely fastened behind the rear view mirror, make sure your view is not obstructed
  • Diffuser oil may cause damage to some surfaces, if spillage does occur wipe up immediately

  • Wax burners will be become very hot when in use, never touch or attempt to move the burner in this state
  • Ensure to extinguish the tealight before going to sleep or when leaving the house
  • Be cautious to not overfill the well of the burner
